A fan novel for the MONOGATARI series, this publication covers two stories revolving around our very own Wandering Devil, Numachi Rouka, as she tours an unassuming small village in rural Japan and meets the village's oddball inhabitants; from fiery gamblers to aliens, unable to go home.
